In general, a limited liability Company that has been in operation for more than 5 (five) years, although PEFINDO also performs rating for Companies which are in operation for less than 5 (five) years.

Audited Financial Statement by Public Accountants registered with BAPEPAM (Indonesia’s Securities and Exchange Commission) which carries an unqualified opinion for the last 2 (two) years.

The most recent Audited Financial Statement not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the closing date of financial reporting. If the Company’s Audited Financial Statement exceeds the limit, internal financial statements must be accompanied by a signed statement from Directors and Commissioners stating that the internal financial statement truly reflect the current financial condition of the Company along with the name of the Public Accountant.

To furnish basic information and other supporting data required by PEFINDO to complete the rating assignment.

Prompt payment of Rating Fees.

The Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the last 5 (five) years and at least for the last 2 (two) years Audited Financial Statements by a Public Accountant registered with BAPEPAM.

A Financial Projection of the company that extends as far as the life of the debt instrument being rated. For certain industries a minimal 5 (five) years financial projection is required.

Company’s most recent Prospectus (Information Memorandum) that has been issued and Annual Reports for the last 3 (three) years.

A brief description regarding business activities and other important information on the Companies, Holding Companies, Affiliated and Subsidiary Companies as well as the Company’s Group in general.
