Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

On Wednesday, 5 November 2014, PEFINDO held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) at Kridangga Ballroom, Century Park Hotel, Jakarta. The EGMS’ agendas are:
     1. Changes of Board of Commissioner for period 2014-2016
     2. Others

The EGMS has resolved to appoint Benedicta Maria Tri Lestari as a member of the Board of Commissioner of the Company, replacing  Taufik Hidayat who resigned from the Commissioner seat.

With the appointment of Benedicta Maria Tri Lestari, the composition of the Board of Commissioners is as follows:
     President Commissioner : Bapak DR. Sjamsul Arifin M.A
     Commissioner                 : Bapak Erry Firmansyah
     Commissioner                 : Ibu Benedicta Maria Tri Lestari
