The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PEFINDO
8 May 2015On Wednesday, May 6th 2015, PEFINDO held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholder of PEFINDO (the "AGMS").
The AGMS approved the resignation of Mr. Ronald T Andi Kasim as the President Director of PEFINDO and further appointed Mr. Salyadi Saputra as the new President Director.
With the appointment of Mr. Saputra, the composition of PEFINDO's Board of Directors is as follow:
