Appointment of the New Member of the Board of Commissioner PEFINDO from S&P Global Ratings
Jakarta, 1 February 2024. After S&P Global Ratings officially became a shareholder of PEFINDO in May 2023 with ownership of 15% of PEFINDO shares, S&P has the right to appoint 1 (one) representative as a member of the Board of Commissioners.
After the fit and proper test carried out by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), on January 31, 2024, the PEFINDO Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) approved the appointment of Ritesh Maheshwari, who currently serves as Managing Director, Asia - Pacific Head of Market Outreach and Head of Southeast Asia, S&P Global Ratings, as the member of the PEFINDO Board of Commissioners for a term of office until the closing of the 2027 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
With the appointment of the new member of the Board of Commissioners, the composition of the Company's Board of Commissioners will be as follows:

Commissioner : Bambang Indiarto
Commissioner : Iman Firmansyah
Commissioner : Ritesh Maheshwari
After the PEFINDO EGMS which appointed him as a PEFINDO Commissioner, Ritesh stated, “I am pleased to get the opportunity to join the PEFINDO Board of Commissioners and look forward to sharing international best practices to help PEFINDO strengthen Indonesia’s debt capital markets.”
