PEFINDO Records Highest Net Profit Since 1993 Establishment

Jakarta, June 18, 2026  — PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) has convened the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the financial year ended December 31, 2025. The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format through a teleconference platform, with the meeting location at PEFINDO’s office, Equity Tower 30th Floor, SCBD Lot. 9, South Jakarta.

The AGMS was attended by 109,124 shares, representing 92.76% of the Company’s total shares. During the meeting, shareholders approved the Company’s Annual Report, including the Financial Statements and the Board of Commissioners’ Supervisory Report for the 2025 financial year.

Throughout 2025, PEFINDO conducted rating activities for new issuances of Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS) amounting to Rp189.73 trillion, an increase of 45.92% or Rp59.71 trillion compared to 2024, which reached Rp130.02 trillion.  As of the end of 2025, out of the total Rp544.43 trillion in outstanding Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS) recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), 86.89% or Rp473.06 trillion had been rated by PEFINDO. Of this amount, 78.58% or Rp427.82 trillion represented EBUS instruments rated exclusively by PEFINDO, while 8.31% or Rp45.3 trillion represented EBUS instruments rated jointly by PEFINDO and other rating agencies (dual-rating).

From the corporate rating business perspective, throughout 2025, PEFINDO conducted ratings for 249 companies, an increase of 20.87% or 43 companies compared to 2024. A total of 157 state-owned enterprises (SOEs), including their holding companies and subsidiaries, have been rated by PEFINDO.

PEFINDO’s financial performance in 2025 also recorded its highest achievement since the Company’s establishment in 1993. PEFINDO recorded operating revenue of Rp130.92 billion, an increase of 23.6% YoY compared to the previous year, operating profit of Rp44.22 billion or a growth of 59.0% YoY, as well as net profit of Rp44.53 billion or a growth of 9.3% YoY. With its best achievement in 2025, shareholders approved the distribution of dividends for the 2025 financial year with a Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) of 75%, equivalent to Rp33.398.730.462, equivalent to Rp283.890 per share.

As an additional agenda item in the AGMS, the management informed the resignation of PEFINDO’s President Director, Irmawati, effective June 22, 2026, following her new assignment as Director of Technology and Information at PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI).
