The Deed of establishment of PT PEFINDO Biro Kredit has been signed

On Monday, 10th November 2014, the Deed of establishment of PT PEFINDO Biro Kredit has been signed at PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia office’s in Panin Tower Senayan City, 17th Fl, Central Jakarta.
The signing of the Deed of Establishment was conducted before Ashoya Ratam, SH, Mkn, Notary Public in Jakarta, and was attended by the Board of Directors of PT PEFINDO Biro Kredit’s shareholders, i.e. PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia, PT Pegadaian (Persero), PT Sigma Cipta Caraka, Asosiasi Perusahaan Pembiayaan Indonesia (APPI) and PT CIC Indonesia.
The Deed of Establishment has been approved by Minister of Law and Human Rights, by virtue of Decree number: 34674.40.10.2014 dated 14 November 2014.
With the issuance of the approval of Ministry of Law and Human Rights, PT PEFINDO Credit Bureau is expected to start its operation by no later than the third quarter of 2015.
