Upcoming Event: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2026

PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.

During the AGMS, the Company will discuss several agenda items, including:

1. Approval and ratification of the Company’s Annual Report, including the Board of Commissioners’ Supervisory Report and the Company’s Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025;
2. Determination of the allocation of the Company’s net profit for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025;
3. Determination of tantiem for members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors;
4. Determination of remuneration, salaries, and benefits for members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors for the 2026 fiscal year;
5. Appointment of a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) to audit the Company’s Financial Statements for the 2026 fiscal year; and
6. Other matters.
