JAKARTA, May 20, 2026 – PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) and S&P Global Ratings successfully hosted the prestigious economic forum, "Indonesia Credit Spotlight 2026," at the Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta. Capitalizing on the theme "Navigating Geopolitical Headwinds and Domestic Resilience," the forum gathered regulators, global financial experts, hundreds of industry leaders, and financial market participants to dissect strategic approaches for maintaining capital market confidence and national fiscal strength amid heightened global economic volatility and geopolitical conflicts. The event commenced with an opening address by the President Director of PEFINDO, Irmawati Amran, and concluded with remarks from Ritesh Maheshwari, Head of Southeast Asia at S&P Global Ratings.

The Keynote Address was delivered by the Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Juda Agung, who outlined the government's strategic measures to fortify domestic fiscal resilience. In addition, the agenda featured a high-profile Fireside Chat with Arief Budiman, Managing Director of Finance at BPI Danantara Indonesia. The session focused on the blueprint for State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) transformation and the pivotal role of the newly established Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) within the national economic landscape.
