PEFINDO appoint Heru Djojo Adhiningrat and Muhammad Syahid as Commissioners

Shareholders of PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in Jakarta approved the appointment of Heru Djojo Adhiningrat and Muhammad Syahid as PEFINDO Commissioners for period 2024-2028. Heru replaced Bambang Indiarto and Muhammad Syahid replace Iman Firmansyah whose term of office as commissioner has ended in 2024.

Heru is not a new name in the capital market. Currently he is still a Commissioner at PT KISI Asset Management, besides that he has served as President Director and Director at PT Danareksa (Persero), previously he also held the position of Vice President Director of PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk, President Director of PT CIMB GK Securities Indonesia and President Director of PT Mandiri Sekuritas.

While Muhammad Syahid, has previously held several positions as Commissioner at PT Tugu Insurance, PT Tugu Pratama Interindo, PT Pratama Mitra Sejati and Director at PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia, as well as VP Subsidiary & Joint Venture Management of PT Pertamina (Persero), Commissioner of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy and, VP Management Accounting of PT Pertamina (Persero).

The AGMS also approved the re-appointment of PEFINDO Directors, Hendro Utomo as Director of Ratings and Ign. Girendroheru as Director of Compliance and Risk Management for the period 2024 to 2028.
