PEFINDO Appoints New President Director

Jakarta, 17 November 2022. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia or PEFINDO, on Thursday 17 November 2022 appointed Irmawati as the new president director of PEFINDO. Irma replaced the position of president director of PEFINDO previously held by Salyadi Saputra, who resigned in September 2022 after being appointed as a director at PT Pertamina (Persero).

Irmawati previously served as President Commissioner of PT Indonesian Capital Market Electronic Library (TICMI) and also Head of Business Incubation Division of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Irmawati's nomination as president director of PEFINDO was previously approved by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through OJK Letter No. S-165/PM.22/2022 dated 15 November 2022 regarding the Decision on the Nomination of the Main Director of a Securities Rating Company on behalf of PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia, after undergoing a fit and proper test by the OJK.

With the appointment of the new president director, the composition of PEFINDO's Board of Directors is as follows:
