Municipal Rating Analyst

Responsibilities:

Conduct the ratings through in-depth analysis of local governments (provinces, districts, cities) in Indonesia.
Approach with the local government, finance department and other financial institutions (eg. World Bank and Asian Development Bank).
Collect and manage data for clients’ analysis on a regular basis.
Prepare a comprehensive report and rating proposal and make a presentation to the rating committee members.
Monitor the clients’ condition on a regular basis.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with all clients and municipal institutions.
Prepare articles on sectoral review and relevant issues.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance Management, preferably majoring from Government Accounting.
Graduate from reputable university preferable (Min. GPA 3.00)
Min. 4 years of work experience as an Auditor of local governments or related fields.
Auditor from BPKP will be preferable
Required skills: government accounting, public finance and local government analysis.
Excellent presentation and communication skill
Excellent in English both verbal & written
