Collaboration between PEFINDO, S&P Global Ratings, and Other Rating Agencies in Asia Pacific at the Asia Emerging Markets Conference 2026

PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) was honored to be a speaker at the Asia Emerging Markets Conference 2026, organized by S&P Global Ratings, on July 14, 2026, in Singapore. The conference, themed "Structural Shifts," brought together leading specialists from S&P Global Ratings and its regional affiliated rating agencies, along with guest speakers from relevant industries. The macroeconomic, credit, and investment trends shaping Asia's emerging markets were discussed in depth. Reviews of domestic and foreign capital market financing to support development in various developing countries, as well as rapid technological advances reshaping the commodity landscape and supply chains in the region, were also comprehensively discussed by competent speakers in their fields. PEFINDO, represented by its Rating Director, Mr. Hendro Utomo, also provided insights regarding investment needs and financing sources in the ASEAN region, particularly in Indonesia. It was explained that amidst various support and looming risks, the Indonesian market remains relatively solid and accommodative in supporting investment development, and remains an attractive destination for investors.
