PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk Becomes a New Shareholder of PEFINDO
1 Apr 2026The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PEFINDO, held on Monday, March 30, 2026, has approved PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk as a new shareholder of PEFINDO. This follows the transfer of shares previously owned by Dana Pensiun Lembaga Kantor Berita Nasional (LKBN) Antara and Dana Pensiun Bank Rakyat Indonesia.
PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk is a securities company and a member of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), providing a range of capital market services, including brokerage activities. With the inclusion of PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, the total number of PEFINDO shareholders stands at 75 entities. The shareholding composition by sector comprises the Indonesia Stock Exchange at 31.92%, pension funds 25.99%, S&P Global Rating 15.00%, securities companies 14.97%, insurance companies 9.60%, banks 0.30%, and others (in the form of limited liability companies) at 2.23%.
