IT Application Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure application availability and performance in line with SLA targets.

• Handle application incidents, user requests, and technical support.

• Perform application maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.

• Manage application changes and releases while minimizing operational risks.

• Ensure application security and compliance with ISO 27001 and audit requirements.

• Lead vendor coordination and act as the main escalation point for application support.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.)

• Graduate from reputable university preferable (Min. GPA 3.00)

• Min. 1 year of work experience

• Detail-oriented, firm, able to work under pressure, and possess high integrity in maintaining information confidentiality.

• Strong understanding of application architecture (web, API, and mobile), IT Service Management (ITIL), server and database administration, monitoring tools, and IT security practices, including ISO 27001 compliance.
